In their quest to add life to the
downtown area, LoftWorks sought fun and energetic tenants to occupy the first
floor of the building. They found two award-winning restaurants to fill the space,
P.F.
Chang's China Bistro and
Mikuni
Japanese Restaurant. P.F.
Chang's occupies 6,000 SF in the North side of the building in the historic showroom,
while Mikuni resides in 5,000 SF on the building’s East side.
